The Youth Ministry Office invites the 6th, 7th & 8th grade youths of our parish to our second Junior CYO event on Friday, Feb. 3rd from 7:30-9pm in Community Hall. We have a firm registration deadline of Sunday, Jan. 29th; no drop-ins permitted.
The next gathering, together with Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St. Gabriel’s, will be on Friday, Feb. 3rd at 7:30pm in the lower level of the OLMC school building. There will be prayer, penance, and a trip to the pub. Meetings will continue the first Friday of every month. Please join us and bring a friend - all unmarried adults ages 21-35 are welcome!
All Girls & Boys in Grades 5 – 12 are invited to become altar servers. This ministry is a great way to serve our parish and learn more about your faith.
We offer our prayers and sympathies to Fr. Tom and his family on the loss of his father, Frank Wisniewski. May he rest in the loving arms of our Father.
All are invited to join the bus pilgrimage to Washington, D.C. for the March for Life on Friday, January 27th. We will join a peaceful march to support the right to life and to protest the U.S. Supreme Court's 1973 decision in Roe v. Wade, which legalized abortion. The cost is $50/person and includes morning coffee/bagels and a boxed lunch. The bus will depart St. Elizabeth's parking lot in Wyckoff immediately following their 6AM Mass. Please contact St. Elizabeth’s for more information or to register at 201-891-1122, ext. 200. First come, first served.
Each year, St. Catharine parish comes together to host families in our Ministry Center who are temporarily homeless. There are many ways to get involved and you can sign up for as few or as many slots as you are able. One dinner, one clean-up, one overnight - each makes a difference! This year, we are hosting our families from Family Promise for two weeks from February 5-19.
