|Fr. Thomas Wisniewski
|Fr. Tom is a New Jersey guy; his
entire life spent in NJ. He was born and raised in Jersey
before his family moved to Hasbrouck Heights
1976. His undergrad
degree was in accounting from
Saint Peter’s College and he later received degrees from Seton
Hall and Drew
Universities. Over the last 38 years of
ministry he has worked
mostly in parishes including a six year stint as pastor of Saint Joseph Church
in Maplewood. In addition, he has worked
in a residential
rehab for addicts as well as teaching in high school and at the College
of Saint Elizabeth
and as a parochial vicar in Corpus Christi Hasbrouck
ministry, he is a huge sports fan and loves to go to the movies. His dad still lives in Hasbrouck Heights
and he also has a sister, Judy..
Misiuk was born in Lublin, Poland and was raised in the parish of St.
Casimir in Newark. He was ordained in May 2016 and St. Catharine
be his first assignment.
Father John Prada
Prada is one of the chaplains at Hackensack University Medical Center.
We are happy to have him assist us here at St. Catharine.
Len was born and raised in Newark,
NJ. He has been married for over 45 years and has three
children. He was ordained a Permanent Deacon for the
Archdiocese of Newark in 1976 and has been assigned to St. Catharine
Parish the entire time. He retired after a twenty-six year
career in Law Enforcement and fourteen years in the Financial Industry.
is a professor emeritus in the Department of Civil and
Environmental Engineering at Manhattan College
where he taught from
1969 to 2001 and as an adjunct until 2014. He is also an

Deacon John resides in
Glen Rock with his wife and two children. He was born and raised
in Connecticut and received a BA from the University of Connecticut in
Business Administration. For over 30 years, he has served as a
Manhattan-based corporate banker focused on public finance entities and
financial institutions. John enjoys tennis, biking, fishing,
martial arts (he is a Taekwondo black belt), reading and singing.
He was ordained to the Permanent Diaconate in 2002 and is an
active member of the St. Catharine parish.
Joe is a
member of St. Catharine parish. He, his wife and their three
daughters live in Saddle Brook. Joe was ordained to the Permanent
Diaconate in 2011.
Deacon George Carbone
George is a
member of St. Catharine parish. He and his wife, Joan have
been members of the parish for many years. They have four
children. George is a business teacher at Northern Highlands High
School and has an MBA from New York University as well as a BA from
Rutgers. He was ordained to the Permanent
Diaconate in 2016.
Parish & Family Life
Annette was born and
raised in NYC, then moved to Bergen County in 2002.
She is married with two sons. Before having
her children, she worked on Wall Street for the Chase Manhattan Bank for
eighteen years and left as a Vice President in Executive Development
and Organizational Capability. She has a BA in
Mathematics/Business and an MBA in Information Systems.
much of her career as a manager of systems development efforts in
international funds transfer systems. She volunteers
at her home parish of St. John the Baptist in Hillsdale.
Maguire came to St. Catharine's parish thirty-three years ago.
received her B.A. from Mt. St. Mary College, Newburgh, NY and her M.A.
from Seton Hall University in South Orange. Mrs. Maguire lives in
Fair Lawn and is a parishioner of St. Catharine. Her sons, their
wives and her darling grandchildren live in neighboring towns.
| Rosemary Miller
Miller grew up
in Glen Rock and has been a member of St. Catharine's parish
for all of her life. She attended St. Catharine's grammar school, Glen
Rock High and Duquesne University. She stayed home for many
years raising her three (now adult) children, Janelle, Danny and
Matt. She works at St. Nicholas Cemetery in
Lodi as the superintendent of the Cemetery. She has always
volunteered her time at St. Catharine's, first with 10 years in the CCD
program and then with the CYO program. Fourteen years ago, she
readily accepted the offer to run the youth program. She loves
the age group and has learned so much from them.
Stephen Roberts, Principal of Academy of Our Lady, received his
B.A. in History from Rutgers University. He is currently pursuing his
M.A. in Educational Leadership at St. Peter's University. He joined
Academy of Our Lady in 2007 as a 4th grade teacher. He has also taught
the fifth through eighth grades. In November 2014 he was appointed
Vice Principal of the school.
Mr. Roberts began his career in sales. Then he worked for a number of
years in the aviation industry. Mr. Roberts also served in the United
States Marine Corps. Mr. Roberts, his wife Theresa, and
their 4 daughters are active members of St. Catharine Church parish.
They enjoy many sports including running and skiing.

She lives with her husband, Bob, and their two children Brendan and
Katie in town. She completed her studies of Music
Education at William
with a major in
piano and minors in both organ and voice. As
a sophomore in college, she was
hired as choir director for the First
Reformed Church in Hawthorne
and later became the music director and co-organist for the church. She left the First
Reformed Church after 18
years to become the music director for St. Catharine.
She has over 20
years experience in
working with children’s theater and directing/choreographing
musicals for all
