following each of the Welcoming Liturgies during the year.

| Pastoral
Council |
Representatives
from the 4 Ministry Clusters work together to facilitate good
communication throughout the parish. They also evaluate and
help to ensure that the parish is living our Mission Statement
goals.

| Liturgy
Committee |
The
function of the Liturgy Committee is to assist in planning,
supporting and critiquing all liturgical activities of the parish.
The group consists of volunteer women and men, some of whom
are involved in the various ministries of the parish; e.g. Eucharistic
Ministers, Lectors, Greeters, and Environment. |

| Finance
Council |
The
two parish trustees and other parish volunteers with an interest
and facility for fiscal planning and evaluation, advise the
pastor concerning budget and related matters.

| Parish
Picnic Committee |
The
parish picnic is designed to be the culminating social/community
building event of the year in St. Catharine Parish. A large
committee begins meeting 2-3 months before the picnic is scheduled
to plan publicity, food, games and entertainment. |

| CYO
Adult Council |
The
CYO Adult Council acts as an advisory board for the CYO Youth
Council. Members assist in planning and supporting CYO activities
and provide strategic guidance in setting and obtaining long
range goals.

| Religious
Ed Teachers |
Teachers
and catechists play an important role in the spiritual development
of our children. Planning sessions, teaching techniques, a
variety of other information and support is provided. For

| Religious
Communities of Glen Rock |
Representatives
from St. Catharine, The Community Church, All Saints Episcopal
Church, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Glen Rock Jewish Center
and Sri Guru Singh Sabha Sikh Temple meet each month to plan
community-wide events and deal with a wide variety of issues.
RCGR develops a cooperative working relationship among the
religious communities.
